Marzo será un mes con muchos invitados interesantes en nuestro estudio.

El primero será Mario Messina, que estará de invitado los días 9 y 10. Nacido y criado en Sicilia, en Giardini Naxos, en una familia de artistas y artesanos, comenzó su carrera artística hace 15 años, comenzando en el mundo del graffiti seguido del tatuaje. Durante los últimos 5 años ha estado trabajando en el estudio de tatuajes Puto Amor Tattoo especializado en tatuajes negros ilustrativos. Sus diseños se basan principalmente en temas como la naturaleza, el arte sagrado y los artefactos antiguos.

March will be a month with lots of interesting guests coming at our studio.

The first one will be Mario Messina, who will be guesting on days 9 and 10. Born and raised in Sicily, precisely in Giardini Naxos, in a family of artists and craftsmen, Hh began his artistic career 15 years ago, starting in the world of graffiti followed by tattooing. Over the last 5 years he’s been working at the Puto Amor Tattoo studio specialising in illustrative black tattoos. His designs are mostly based on themes like nature, the sacred art and ancient artefacts.

 

A continuación, el día 16, tendremos con nosotros a Pruden Varela, tatuador gallego que trabaja principalmente en Alemania y Suiza. Sus tatuajes sencillos en la forma: línea y negro. Sin texturas ni sombras. Intenta ser poco decorativo y buscar su propio estilo y temática (más o menos abierta a la interpretación).

On the 16th, we will have with us Pruden Varela, a Galician tattoo artist who works mainly in Germany and Switzerland. His tattoos are simple in the form: mainly line and black, without textures or shadows. He tries to be not too decorative and looks for his own style and theme (more or less open to interpretation).

Matias Canteros será el siguiente, estará tatuando en Eclipse los días 23 y 24. De Buenos Aires (Argentina), empezó a tatuar hace más de diez años. Su estilo es el tradicional americano en todos sus formatos ya sea bold lines , fine line, color o black and grey. En cuanto a sus influencias en el tattoo por el momento la mayoría son tatuadores que ha conocido en sus viajes, fuera del tatuaje sus influencias son el diseño gráfico, las gráficas vintages, el grafitti y, por sobre de todo, muchas referencias de cine de culto 80s-90s.

Matias Canteros will be next, he’ll be tattooing in Eclipse on the 23rd and 24th. From Buenos Aires (Argentina), he began to tattoo more than ten years ago. His style is traditional American in all formats: bold lines, fine line, color or black and gray. As for his influences at the moment most are tattooists he has known in his travels, but also vintage graphics, graffiti and, above all, many cult film references of the 80s-90s.

 

Lea Rosa será la última invitada este mes, los días 24 y 25. Por lo general, trabaja en Dortmund (Alemania). Antes de tatuar, trabajó como encargada del merchandise de bandas durante 6 años y siempre estuvo obsesionada con la estética del metal / hard rock. Comenzó a tatuar hace 3 años y se inspiró mucho en el arte de la xilografía medieval, pero también trata de darle un toque moderno / menos serio y siempre permanece abierta a refinar su estilo.

Lea Rosa will be the last guest this month, on days 24 and 25. She usually works in Dortmund (Germany). Before tattooing, she worked as a band merchandiser for 6 years and was always obsessed with the metal/hard rock aesthetics. She started tattooing 3 years ago and was very inspired by medieval woodcut art but also tries to give it a modern/less serious twist and always stays open to refine her style.
